getting new members.

so, if you haven't realized, there's basically three members who come on this forum:

*jess
*nothing
&
*taylor

we need to change that.

i honestly feel like this site does have potential. it could, possibly, become a bigger community. i've come up with a list of ways to get more members.

youtube. we all see those comments saying, 'i'm a 19 year old girl who wants to be a singer. if youre still reading, thanks...". well, why can't we do those? make an account on youtube that you can go on and leave a comment with the link to the forum. obviously, don't leave it on music videos---we're trying to get preteens/teens to join. try commenting on club penguin videos, bearville videos, music videos by artists popular with teens like one direction, justin bieber, etc.

other forums. i recommend going on webkinzinsider and bearvilleinsider. check out the 'links' section and find other forums. go on those other forums and advertise in /their/ links section. for example, on bearvilleinsider, there might be a site called 'bearvillepoop' in the links section. go to bearvillepoop. on bearvillepoop, there might be a links section. adverttiseeeeee

friends in real life. ask them to join! it'd be a lot less awkward to email them or text them the link instead of saying "yo i go on this site called just for teens".

Well I really like the YouTube idea...

We could also all make an account on LinkReferral. It's a site where people basically advertise their links... Depending on how active an LR member you are, your site goes up on the ranking and more people see it. I have two accounts on there...one has the j4t forum, the other has the portal. Since we can't do a link twice on there. We could all make an account....even multiple accounts, and just link people to categories, since the main links are taken. Categories people will like...like RP and Chatting.

I can do the YouTube advertising, since I already have an account and I dunno if you guys do. We can all do YouTube really...advertising won't get you banned though...right??
